What is Talkr Live?
Talkr Live is a new iOS app that lets you drive pictures with your face. It's like the Animoji feature on an iPhone X but you can use any picture where a face is detected. You can see it in action here.
What do I need to use Talkr Live?
Talkr Live requires an iOS12+ iPhone, but best results require an iPhone X or above.
Do I need an iPhone X or newer device?
Results are dramatically improved with a depth camera, available on the iPhone X, XS, XR, 11 and 11 Pro devices. If you don't have a depth camera, the app works on iPhone 6s or greater, but it is less accurate.
Can I use an iPad?
iPads are not supported at this time, but Apple allows any iPhone app to be downloaded to your iPad. There are several issues with using Talkr Live on an iPad which we will address in a future update.
Do I have to pay anything?
No. Talkr Live is free. There are in-app purchases to enable high-res videos and remove the logo from videos.
What can I do with the Talkr Live?
You can create videos of your pictures talking and share them on social media.
How is Talkr Live different from Talkr Classic?
Talkr Live drives pictures with your face, while Talkr Classic uses audio or text. Also the Talkr Live setup is automatic, but the Talkr Classic setup requires some user input. For more information on Talkr Classic, see here.
